I think it may be that while they can, the constant movement and constant adjustment of the shaders may be too straining on consoles.
In Fallout 4 the 24 hour timescale has the 'sunlight' move on every game hour (approx. 60 sec i think) so that the game feels more immersive

To make team harder to hit. To survive just spam wall riding, and right click anyone that is too close to you. ult when you hear
And just speed out of the gates. Other than that spam left click and have healing on, once everyone is healed up, switch to speed boost
Just help people leave spawn fast at start/when you die ( if a tank or other slow moving character does after you wait for them to spawn
