My two cats finally stopped growing when they were just over 2. They ended up at 17lbs and 20lbs!!! Not fat, just big Australian ferals.

I whine about everything, all the time. A co-worker has told me she doesn't mind, because once I have whinged, I get on with doing the job/sorting the problem/getting things done.

I asked a heap of questions and then went away and looked at reviews and estimated resales etc. Also, check on the dealership's website if they emply a female salesperson, and when you go say you spoke to the female salesperson last time (even if there was no last time) and you'd like to deal with her again. Make an appointment if necessary.
