Hang in there. If you feel unsafe call for help. This is their fight- not yours.
Might need to have the wife put the old sychro swim nose clip on tonight…
Wired were the eyes of a horse on a jet pilot….
This makes me tear up every time I see it. I hope if I am ever in that type of situation I would be that brave. Tank Man should be an inspiration to all of us.
Literally LOL
This is why I can’t learn to weld. I know I could learn to do it but then this kind of possibility would exist for me.
There are ICD-10 codes (healthcare billing codes) that specifically code for assault with bees. T63 443a
I hold one sticker in each of my hands and don’t let one go when the kid grabs it with the unaffected side so they have to grab the other sticker in my other hand with their now ‘fixed’ elbow.
Him protesting his own movie Dogma and getting interviewed by a news crew who didn’t know who he was is still Internet gold. Just look it up.
One other thing I’ve found with ADD is my biggest fight tends to be present me vs future me. Past me is a lazy sack of crap sometimes and I recognize this as present me but I also know myself and can anticipate how future me will feel. I give future me gifts sometimes which present me appreciate as well as past me. Put tools away for future you to find easier for example unless future you understands why past you didn’t and won’t be annoyed.
I have found habits make my life easier. Even if the habit isn’t perfect. Keys go in the same place EVERY TIME. Badge goes in the same pocket of work bag EVERY TIME. These kind of little ‘memory space savers’ help a lot. I don’t have to remember the little daily things. Another hack I have is turning my watch with the face on the inside of my wrist when I have something I know I’ll forget- like changing over laundry- and I run into my watch being wrong and go ‘oh- past me wants future me ‘member
Corky was originally just covered in stick on cork as an homage to Mazda’s fist product. Then a bunch of Brits flew over for the Halloween race and we painted her like the Queen’s flag draped coffin. Now Corky is BRG and a sLotus race car from the 60’s
