I've been watching Star City (Soviet-era spinoff of For All Mankind) and between that and the Chernobyl series, this picture fits right in
This is why I stop by r/BuyItForLife before a lot of purchases. What's sad is products that were great 10 years ago often follow this timeline and today are barely passable because they've been bought out and are being slowly killed for max profit
Honestly there's no way to tell if you'll like it or not. You'll either love it or hate it. It breaks most algorithms that try to predict "if you like X then you'll like Y"It's kind of a slow burn and also very much a "slice of life" movie

If you watch the show, this guy appears nice in this scene, but he's absolutely a jackal, he doesn't really care about Ted's response, his politeness is performative, he thinks Ted is a buffoon and all of his relationships are transactional. If you can't offer him anything you mean nothing to him

It's funny but on reddit the Star Trek subreddit crusty nerds all hate it, but the muppet subreddit thought it was amazing 😁 personally I loved it, SNW and Lower Decks have been some of the best Trek
