Actually, recently I've had some on my shoulders as well and I'm starting to get red spots on my chest as well. No acne yet though.

they didn't do much for me. I've found supplementing with rather large dosages of Zinc helps a bit. (35-40 mg, srsly all guys should do this

Me and my family rented a tent/lodge just like that in Mozambique, it was amazing, elephants coming up to say hello and whatnot.
