You're misunderstanding me. The issue is the tiktoker has reduced the dozens of methods Singapore is implementing just to get to a 2C temp reduction to "special paint." Low Emissivity Coatings are indeed effective but they're A) not as effective as the tiktoker presents (about 25% less effective in fact) and B) not the only thing Singapore is doing and thus C) not the "sole" solution as this tiktoker presents to reducing climate change impacts
