I have no standards in any aspect of my life except for the equal distribution of toppings on a pizza.
Tbf I lost a load of weight and was always self conscious of my gigantic nipples before, but they genuinely reduced in size as I lost weight

BTW what I ate wasn't exactly healthy either,had 1 oven pizza a night hahaha but yeah, I reintroduced myself to food slowly& seem to be fine
You know I'm not a girl but I consumed about the same calories per day without exercise; lost 3 stones ( 19kg ) within 1-2 months.
