How did I read this as a kid and not know Carl Sagan wrote it?

What’s insane is how loosely HIPAA is handled. I’ve gotten calls from soliciting companies who somehow have access to my medical records without my permission.
I just taught mine how they work and that fire is dangerous. They know fire is dangerous by trying it and learning the hard way and the knobs seem nothing special except to be used for cooking.
I place EVs in their own category and would need to see statistics from other similar vehicles before drawing my conclusions
