Actually, though I might be wrong, this is the Siberian Tiger park in Harbin (China). I've been living in this city a few years.

Paperwork for the dogs, they get taken off them, + allowed to be rescued by the people who stop the trucks (usually activists and Buddhists)

Like no puppy on the sofa or in the bedroom helps a lot. We have an airpurifier, and an insane amount of handsanitiser around the house
We have good days and bad days, we keep on top of the cleaning, and have hired someone to help twice a week to deep clean. Certain rules
