My female OB in Canada trying to persuade me to have an IUD "you've had a kid, it's no more painful than that"... Hell no! Ain't voluntarily repeating that pain again. Hightailed outta there. She would not consider anything beyond OTC Advil. How the hell can you say it's as painful as childbirth and offer no pain meds!! The standard of care needs to change!

Also, if someone tries to rape you while you're sleeping, there's low/no chance of escape.
