Rain goes to groundwater (aquifers and wells). The idea is to ensure everyone has drinking water. This is a good thing.
Bc the sewer system is sized based on what comes in through the water system. Adding addtl water will overwhelm it. Idk about the 110 tho

As a deaf person, this speaks volumes to me... but I really only speak the one volume so....
It is very overwhelming but kids are not as adjusted to their state of hearing.i got CIs at 7&23.First was very happy, second was all tears
