To my knowledge tourist are not allowed and only citizens (duel citizens) or legal residents (students and workers) may travel to the EU 3/3
even tho I have just come back from the US. I, however, will be quarantining and my local government is providing COVID tests. 2/?
The issue with this is that people like me have a resident permit in the EU, so technically I have a right to enter the country 1/?
