I wear dual heating aids, finally got them in my 30s after a decade of needing them. Been wearing for almost 10 years and I fucking hate them. It just makes shit loud, not comprehensible. Everything is overwhelming since everything is at max volume and pumped straight into my brain like the police using animal slaughter sounds as a surrender technique. I don't wear them for me, I wear them so life is easier for other people. I prefer my quiet world when at home.
I purposefully watch terrible movies. It's my golden age of film.

I don't understand why captions need to be censored. I'm mostly deaf and I've been seeing it more and more. Audio has the curse words uncensored, but captions block them.
Self checkout is wage theft. You are their employee while performing self checkout and they didn't pay you. It is your obligation to steal.
I'm not sure which of my bills will even allow me to mail a check to them.
Be whoever you need to be. If that's a vegetarian for 5 years and then BBQ master do it. Fuck what other people think. Waffle between veg and vegan? Cool. Fuck labels.
