I saw a cool youtube video where a physics professor breaks down the issues with interstellar travel based on the laws of physics. There are some real limitations on travelling fast and surviving. If I can find it I'll link it. An example would be if you are travelling at 10% of C, hitting a piece of dust would obliterate your ship. And getting that fast seems really unlikely to begin with.

I feel like, for all their faults, at least Nazi had scientists. I feel like they would take precautions for their citizens. I mean they were fucking horrendous in all other aspects.
