How so? All you really need is a jigsaw and hand drill. Pretty dang simple.
Nice! You could probably convert to template to an SVG and cut it all on the CNC.

How would they hurt themselves? These aren't any different than wooden blocks. I had at least two dozen kids come up to my booth & loved it!
