That is one of the best "pet the dog" actions I have ever seen. Great job!

Our boy (140lbs) eats 6-8 cups of good kibble a day. Def. get pet insurance and buy from responsible breeder who tests health
He's a mix of some type (too big for a purebred BT) and I bet it is more the restrictive adoption requirements than anything else.

With a correctly seasoned pan (flax oil is my favorite) there is nothing wrong with using soap and a gentle scrub to clean the pan.

In most places it is required that dogs be tied so they can't reach the sides or crated in the back of trucks for just this reason.

How about just not letting off fireworks at all? Along with all of the veterans you have all of the dogs that are terrified because of them.
