If an animal doesn't survive in the wild let it die out or change how we treat the environment.
Personal preference and all that but seriously why?? Even if you love snakes you should want them to live in their natural environment.
It's classed as Emotional abuse which since Dec 2014 is an offence, and you can be arrested for.
Oh sure I get that BUT this was also filmed for entertainment, in England hitting and shouting at a child is classed as assault.
