That list is a little.. ambitious. Example being they have stuff like Camp Blanding on there which is literally just a national guard training base. Someone literally just 'put every military installation in the US' on it as if they would all just be targeted.

My response is 'this is just as stupid as its always been, where people don't like capitalism and idealize a failed economic and governmental system they have no actual experience with because they can't think for themselves'.
Pretty much as was already said, Imgur is an increasingly loud echo chamber where everything is a capitalist hellscape plot to target/abuse some minority group and every clickbait headline is taken as gospel as long as it agrees with the already established groupthink (aka the same thing that people were accusing the MAGA idiots of 5 years ago)
Yeah catchy puppets doesn't somehow make this better and all this seems to be doing is trying to make everything about racism again by regurgitating a bunch of authors opinions. The idea that somehow communism is free from corruption (the actual root cause of the failing of ALL power structures) is just as idiotic as the people that think Trump is the second coming.
How do you define this awareness of you that is separate from your bodies and memories, though? Like without context of who you are (your name, memories, etc) how do you define you/not you? This is essentially one of the biggest sci fi/transhumanist questions that comes up any context around this kind of debate.
I mean what you are describing is sapience. But self awareness isn't a switch or a stamp thats just somehow says 'this is person #129384 and all their definitive traits'. If 'you' were placed in my body with my memories and *without* your memories... how would you even KNOW that you aren't me? You have no context for that decision. You would be in the body that your memories say you've always had, doing the things you've always done.
I mean are you? If you had full retrograde amnesia right this second and woke up with literally zero past memories with no chance of recovery... what defines you? You're the physically same pile of meat but family, likes/dislikes, loves and losses, everything that defined 'you' those are all gone. For all extents and purposes you're a brand new 'pilot' in a used meat suit.
Except at the moment you create a clone (assuming its an identical clone in this scenario) it *is* you for all extents and purposes. Up to that nanosecond your entire life experiences, memories, everything at 100% identical. Obviously the nanosecond after the clone and original would immediately start to diverge as they now have different experiences.
Because ultimately what we are is a collection of memories and experiences. If that copy has the same collection of memories and experiences for all extents and purposes it is 'you'. A child is a separate being with their own experiences and memories. The idea that having a kid is how you copy yourself into the future is exactly why we get dysfunctional parents that want to live through their kids.
Seems like a perfectly reasonable explanation to me, nothing suspicious at all.

While I really don't 'get' the sudden trend, if you stop posting things because someone complains it somehow triggers them you'll never post anything at all. People are not entitled to everything fitting their personal taste and interpretations.
While there are a lot of people that want a short cut, these drugs are legitimate treatments for diabetics... which they are refusing to cover based on this post. Why are we letting multi-billion dollar corporations dictate healthcare again?
Absolute nonsense. It's completely varied from person to person. I've hired college grads that can't keep a deadline or handle the slightest amount of pressure, and I've had degreeless employees with the same issues. Both also happen in the reverse. The 'college experience' is so varied as to be meaningless to speak to actual skills.

Find a dedicated aquarium store with employees that genuinely want to help (not just sell you the next Instant Fix 9000) and they can give you advice. There are def very hardy fish that can go in various sizes of tanks.

I thoroughly enjoy SAO abridged but I kinda get his frustration. They make DBZ abridged's old release schedule look downright hectic. It wouldn't be as bad if they didn't seem to get constantly churn out random side projects.

I'd say the implication here is exactly the opposite that the OP was implying they were specifically not trans to make the complaint seem even more extreme. And nothing in either article actually states that the person identified was or was not transgendered. You're just putting your own interpretation on it to make it more rage bait worthy.
