I grew up a few miles from the Woodstock site. The property now holds Bethel Woods, which is an amphitheater and museum, but the section where the original stage and much of the crowd stood is still an open field. I always thought they should put up displays with photos from the concert in the location they were shot from so you can really get a feel for what it was like that weekend.
When you're deep in a conspiracy theory, disproof only proves that it's a conspiracy.

My company has been fully remote since about May 2020. The only people who are fucking around all day are management. They haven't done a fucking thing in 6 years.
I had a hard time with my knees when I was running a decade ago. What worked for me was a 3 minute warm-up walk (as fast as I could go), a very light 1 minute jog (light enough that my knees wouldn't hurt), and then return to a 1 minute walk. After that 5 minute process, I could run normally with no knee pain. With any other warm-up I ever tried, I'd injure a knee within the first minute.
I graduated HS 30 years ago and I keep in touch with one of my classmates "Jack" still. Now and then we get talking about our friend "John" from HS, who was supposed to go to the same college as Jack. When Jack came home for winter break in 96/97, I asked him how John was and he told me that John never showed up. I tried calling the last number I had for him, but it was disconnected. There are thousands of people with the same name as John just in NY, so it's basically impossible to search...
I'd be curious if access to fake child porn makes someone more or less likely to assault a child themselves. if less, I'm happy to let them have it.There's probably studies on this, but no way am I googling it.

I'm going on 48 and this game has permeated my life. I still hear the overworld theme in my head when I go hiking. I found out a few months ago that Topps had Zelda 1 and 2 scratch-off cards, found and bought the full Z1 set, and had them framed. I've been learning Godot in my spare time so I can eventually make a game like the original LoZ.
I've probably seen it at the store, but since it's irrelevant to my life, I wouldn't remember it.
