It's the joke; it's obviously done up to look like the too many finger AI posters, while they claim it isn't. If you've not seen any of the movies in this series, they aren't afraid to do any type of joke. They'll do a joke only 5 people have the knowledge necessary to get, then follow it up with a fart gag.
I suppose this is one in the credits; Moses Jones is listed as playing Not Nordberg Jr.
