The clients there have no loyalty. You bust your ass off for months on a project, then the client posts the next one to the job board.
Same, it wasn't a bad way to get a bit of work, but you have to be very selective of what you bid on or you waste your time.+
No freelancers I know charge that little, even if they're new. I charge $85-$125/hour and I'm still lower than a lot of my colleagues.
Great memories of camping at Fairy lake when I was a kid, so peaceful.
