I need more information, I'm admittedly dumb about this stuff, but value versus what in #1? I've seen a few of these economic woes charts, and while I don't entirely doubt them, there's not enough info to find the data myself, and I'd really like to be able to keep an eye on some of these

Can't say it's an explicitly southern thing, I've been eating this most of my 40+ years from Idaho to Florida (moved a lot in the Air Force). Definitely a popular thing in the central plains parts of the Midwest.

I get the sentiment, but damn is automatic temperature control is great. I'm an insanely hot sleeper (like...pouring sweat with windows open and 45 degrees outside)...the money in a smart bed was the best money I've spent in a LONG time

My 85 year old dad uses his every 2 weeks, to this day. Has had to request replacement parts 3 times and 1 full product replacement over the years.
