Yeah, something my coworker made for himself before he knew about reproduction parts
The games look like NES games when on the TV. They don't feel pixilated, they are crisp images- no blurring
Lol cool story? This was a reproduction shell and the original Gameboy parts are from a model with a broken screen. It's a HDMI out Gameboy
It's going to be a Gameboy that outputs HDMI, like those old AV out Atari controller consoles!
Haha maybe once I get it working and streamlined I would totally sell this to people!

Its not a backlight mod in the same way that the DMG and MGB. It's an AGS-101 screen with a special ribbon adapter. Check out bennvenn

It's not the cheapest, basically costs as much as a GBA and a GBA SP screen replacement. It's like $80 shipped I think?
