Family company I work for gives a top of the line Leatherman or something of similar value at 5yrs and a very expensive Swiss watch (around $4k) at 10 years and goes up from there. They also offer ex company cars to staff first (fully serviced with all faults repaired) at a discount. We have about 70 employees. They have been a great company to owrk for

Sounds like our party each year. Family is invited too, open bar, plenty of food, multiple door prizes usually worth $250 each. Small family company with about 75 employees.
I am so lucky, about to have my second shingles booster vaccination that will cost me nothing. Thank goodness I'min Australia. (Have Crohns, so being on immuno suppressants our health system makes it a priority for me to get it) My dad had it and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
