End salary here is minimum 100k for journeymen in my union(not including benefits). I'm starting my apprenticeship making 40% of that.
I just joined my local union and apprentiship is free but you have to pay a yearly fee of $400. You get tons of benefits though
I'm in Boston and it's 100k minimum for journeymen in the union!
