My brother's off at college with the knife now, but I expect he'll take it camping and use it for the usual camp stuff.

I can reach the top ones. My wife will need to stand on a chair. Spicy stuff will probably end up on top since she doesn't use that much.
Thought about that but ended up going with white so it would feel bigger. Some decorations are going up soon to break up the monotony.

It hasn't gotten dirty yet! But yes, it can be detached without too much trouble.
Probably 3 weeks of work time. About 5 months calendar time. It was mixed in with other remodeling.
