Build a better mousetrap. The instant "clean" alternatives give better real true value, without artificially underwriting them financially or arbitrarily creating a shortage of natural materials through laws and regulation, you will not be able to stop their adoption. Life as we know it doesn't exist without our current environmental impact. Statistically no one is going to be giving that up on a bunch maybes and ifs.

Exactly! That's why there should be no men allowed in women's restrooms/locker rooms, or prisons for that matter. Including men pretending to be women, and especially men unstable enough to believe they actually are women.
