I realize that this is not the point of this post, however, I will not miss an opportunity.

This nut you’re referring to, is it of the BofA variety or D variety?

Yes. And it needs to be this same production level.

I will take her any day and twice on Sundays over Ralph Norman. They may both be shit sandwiches, however, he is significantly worse than Darlene Nordone could ever be. She will be awful, but Ralph Norman will find new heights compared to her of awfulness.

There are always pushes from small but vocal groups not to vote for one reason or another. Like 2016 because many believed Bernie got screwed or 2024 because Harris wasn’t pro-Gaza enough. It’s best to remember that most of those ideas come from troll farms that aren’t real people that convince some real ones along the way.

Beshear is allowed to appoint a replacement…. from a list of three people the Republican Party hands him.

I don’t believe he’s dead for a single reason: they’d have announced it by now and put in place his replacement so they could advance Trump’s bullshit. Him being missing means one less vote. Him being near death or severely impaired (e.g. recovering from a stroke) seems more likely to me.

Not a confession. Not even an unpopular opinion.

The argument that conservatives like to make is that private industry can do better than the government as the government is inept and not as innovative. If that were true, why aren’t conservative aligned businesses actually doing this? Why aren’t they taking profits to build hospitals or improve roads?

1) reiterating what others are saying: clearly he hasn’t been removed from history
2) why would we want an extremely bad person removed from history? We need them as references to the hurt and bad they did and to attempt to not repeat.

I’m more than happy to bash boomers. Segregation is not something they own. They were either kids during the civil rights movement or were part of the movement fighting it.
