It's a perspective thing. She's asking for people to learn to be more self-aware imo. Also, criticism and thus growth/empathy are human.
If you want to debate/talk about this with me, sending messages will net you a response better than a comment reply will.
Using extremists as an argument is like debating a cause because people are being people. Keep an open mind and not cherry-pick facts.
I can't speak for authors, but sometimes you consume media and see messages/allegories whether or not you want to see them. Happened here.
