I stay on 2 or 3 for a year, then cancel and move to a couple more. This way I have whole series available when I start them and don’t get bored with the same things popping up in my feed.

It does all the things listed here but typically in areas with asphalt instead of concrete you will have snow and ice. These guys also patch cracks and voids that fill with water, then freeze and separate/lift the path and break it. A seal coat makes it look uniform again after that work. Most people get it done before it becomes a hazard, usually 5 to 10 years apart. The more you have them out, the smaller the repairs in between.

Everyone’s different depending on their body and what they do during the day. I started 10 to 7 and worked my way down to 11 to 4. I find being a little hungry when I go to sleep is easier than being hungry in the morning. The main thing is to stick to a consistent schedule. It won’t help to start in the mornings then switch to evenings the next week. And yes, sugar is your enemy. :(
Your body just needs routine, once you get over the change in schedule you won’t feel that hungry. You also eat a lot less food when you do eat. But yes, getting on a schedule can be really tough.
Your videos over the past couple years have helped me get to the point of leaving the spiders alone in my windows. More people will come around 😁

I moved south 15 years ago. Whenever it snows I always stay home. It's far more dangerous driving down here than it is up north in the winter because of everybody else on the road.
