Aww, this brings back memories. I still have a sizeable (like 10k cards) collection and a great deck from the 4th edition era. It won against like 95% of decks. It is based on land destruction. Everybody hated to play against it as it basically never allowed the opponent to start the game. Recently I wanted to get back into the game with my son only to see MTG gone crazy with crossovers like TMNT, Transformers and whatnot. That's not what I remember it to be and it lost the magic part for me.

Asking for favour once in a while is ok and beneficial. Overdoing it will make one come across as a sociopath, like my ex, who thinks everybody is her personal assistant.

He was one of the first advocates for stretching, also had stamina to do extreme exercises for many hours a day. So I call BS on this one.

This. I walk in the same shoes now. All you have to remember is that they picked you for who you are and what you've already given. You don't have to do anything different.

In my high school years I used to go to the same Greek restaurant with my dates. A waiter (also a dude) around my age always asked me if I wanted the usual and when dessert came he always said "it's on the house, as usual". Girls were asking who the hell I was getting recognition and free food like that and I was feeling like the king of the jungle. I wanted to return the favor but the only way I could was by giving a hefty tip. He was the best wingman and he never knew (I just hope he did).

Also note that she's got a fantastic physique, probably really healthy, too, and she's enjoying the workout. These matter the most.

I have to slightly agree and disagree with both of you. The most difficult part of the exercise depends on the exercise itself. I.e. with a bicep curl the hardest part is where the arm lever is the longest, which is at the 90 degree elbow angle. Pull-ups, however, are most difficult at the bottom where you cannot compensate with other muscles and must use the scapula. That being said it's beneficial to do exercises that target both full range of motion and hardest part to get max results.
