German here. I've given up on my people. Things will get way, way worse before theres even a chance they'll improve again.
I mean, this does constitute an emergency.
Us Germans had the benefit of time. Climate change is already here and will continually get worse. How will the U.S. deal with an *actual* migrant crisis when billions are at risk of starvation and act in desperation? When famine hits you? When your economy completely collapses? The coming decades will be ugly.
I think a lot of Native Americans might judge Andrew Jackson as worse.

You're undercutting your earlier point about it not being a solution for everyone. Maybe they did not fit it in right, but to me, it sounds like it really ain't an exact science or a literal "one size fits all" solution. I doubt you can get one personally tailored. Not that my take matters, I was born blissfully uterus-free.
Mine was that I feel terrible for the girls who likely have to do this however many times each shift, which must be exhausting. The muscle soreness alone...

Either those 70% are wildly exaggerated and/or don't really care *that* much and/or horribly disorganised w/ no intention to fix that and/or not nearly determined enough to take action. There can be no other explanation. Past generations proved it's possible with way less support and fewer means.

How about we don't blame an entire nation for the crimes of one individual and instead keep focused on the genocide that the elected government and their military, which are far more representative of the country as a whole, are responsible for? Just because they keep disingenuously using antisemitism as a cudgel doesn't mean it's not real. I don't want to be part of a community that elevates narratives of their entire people being inherently evil & collectively guilty of every individual crime.
That just moves the calculus, it doesn't change it. If you plan on staying longer to clean, you put that time and the included labor cost into the estimate and whoops, now you are more expensive than the competition, planning to bill for something that no sane person wants to pay a premium for.
