Looks like a Kroger freezer to me. You can see the black bar on the side, that’s the door frame. Freezer door is just open.
This isn’t the recipe used In the parks. The parks uses a dairy free recipe, and uses a dole soft serve mix. Menchies usually has it.

Just read up on it. It’s illegal to change mid-intersection (not before) in Ohio (where I lived for a bit) but varies by state.
I think it’s illegal for one to change lanes in the middle of an intersection. Not sure about before.
