The left one is a vibrator, the right one is a food blender/chopper. Not a joke per se, more a "make sure not to confuse them, haha" meme.

It's not easy for someone in dire need to lose weight to do those crunches. Draw a really heavy guy/girl and then think what they could do.
I wish that people making /posting infographics like this would understand that most of the ones needing them don't look like that.
