We're stationed in Okinawa, Japan and I keep tweeting Whataburger to bring some out here, for the troops, you know?. But no luck.

This is probably pre-helicopter, when hover didn't quite mean the same thing. Today we call it Max Endurance or Loiter.
It says 120 IAS (Indicated airspeed). It's a low fuel burn setting to circle around an area for longer.
My husband and I got to do this in January this year. Totally surreal.
I've been to Sharjah. It's a neat Emirate. No alcohol allowed, but families picnic on Fridays in the parks. The Dubai isn't too far.
