Seeing how a carrack was a medieval sailing vessel, I doubt the name can be licensed by anyone.
Be warned the multiplayer is buggy, but I've been playing the hell out of it. Over 960 hours.

I played EVE a little bit. These are mostly based on Star Destroyers, Mass Effect, and other sci-fi concept ships from the internet.
These are vanilla, using every block currently available. Mod blocks don't address the edges either.
You would need at least 75 hydrogen thrusters, and it would accelerate at a crawl, so you will need many more tanks and thus thrusters.
The game is Space Engineers. The skyscraper is a bit of art deco, some inspiration from Coruscant skyscrapers.
