Badminton and similar sports are great for bone health (with suitable diet).
Calling that progress sounds quite worrying. What's left of that body in a year? Or two years? Does the progress speed up or slow down?

The pages are written in pretty small font (at least in my version). I read English (it's my 2nd language) usually 1-2 minutes per page.
704 + 768 + 992 + 753 + 1056 = 4,273. That's just 305 pages per day. Minute per page would be about 5 hours per day.
