Although thought it was cheese
Yeah it was. We had a heap of browns in our yard after the floods here last year
I saw some footage where the mice were lifted up out of the tank. Didn't see what became of the snake.

She was so proud of him. And so damn excited that someone knew who he was - despite him being quite well known.

Toasted cheese rolls were the most gourmet of lunches!
Was tuck shop in Tas too. Although I think towards the end of high school we started calling it the canteen.

We got our dog as an adult and I've always wondered what she was like as a puppy. Here's hoping
Mine will drag her blanket around and sit on it, so as not to sit on grass. But she sees a muddy puddle and it's swim time!
It's pretty much the only word I recall. My brain is not wired for languages
Emu is 'dhinawan' in Kamilaroi. I remember it as 'didna wanna' fly. Hubby is Kamilaroi so I try to at least learn some words
Hedgehogs have floppy ears??? Squeeeee
He's just off to pathology to get tested for Chlamydia
We have a nursery tree at the bottom of the yard. 16 at last count. We had 20 last year. I miss the fledglings when they finally move on.
My car is fine (thankfully as I was about 200km from anywhere). The wallaby, not so much. Was lucky for me it was not a roo - small car!
I had one jump into the side of my car tonight...I've never seen as many on the roads as I have at the moment. This drought :(
My nan often 'cane back to us' briefly when we sang or played her favourite music. Simultaneously wonderful and devastating
