Well we have a lot of equity in a short time because we live in a hot market. But I. A period of 10 years we've replaced the furnace, AC...

I think its one of, if not the, most important life skill to have. It allows you to be humble have fun and not get so angry at little things
America is a nation of Say It First Media that highlights controversial minority opinions for ratings making things seem worse than they are
100% this. So ridiculously excited right now....Just have to survive till November.....something else happens in america in Nov doesnt it?
