I LOVE hugging people! But I’m super short so it’s probably not so pleasant for the huggee.
Honestly it took 20 years of people telling me I looked good as I was…I wish I had a better answer. That kind of self hate gets ingrained so deeply…and even then, the final moment was when this photo was taken. I saw it and I cried and my husband was like, “wtf see you seeing that I don’t understand?!” I told him my arms are so big and I just don’t know how to accept my body type. But then I saw another woman with huge muscle arms and thought she was stunning and it kinda clicked.
