i remember when points /coupon apps started coming to grocery stores in canada i used it a few times and started seeing targeted coupons based on previous purchases (ie stuff i would buy semi regularly or other brands in the same category) I DID NOT like the implications of the fact that my past purchases are being used to manipulate my purchasing decisions and deleted the app on the spot. that is not to say i dont use some but anything that 1/2
