Wayne Gretsky's #99 line of whiskey is pretty solid. Recommend the one finished in red wine casks. An excellent Canadian whiskey without the liquid smoke taste you get from down south garbage. And if you want something sickly sweet to mix, crown royal has a decent selection to mirror Jim bean and the first few tiers of Johnny walkers.
