If you do really want to grow it, this is what worked for me: keep it in braids or a bun, especially at night, only use a wide tooth comb instead of a brush, get a good conditioner, don’t shampoo every day, only use heat on special occasions. The idea is to minimize the damage that causes breakage and split ends.
Had hair I thought was stuck at just below shoulder length for years. Then I started braiding it at night, protecting it so I didn’t have to comb it as often, only combing instead of brushing, and using a better conditioner. Hair grows easily to my belly button now.

I live near those stairs, they’re fine. They’re not steep enough to cause issue and the wheelchair parts act as a kind of landing break.
Red sail should have yielded to the other boat by turning downwind a bit and passing behind according to racing rules. They did not.
Then he blamed me for it, saying it was probably because I didn’t exercise. (I do)
I had a terrible male nurse who had such a hard time putting an IV in, I had multiple track marks on both arms for days.
How are so many people not getting how easy it is to see someone as you want them to be, instead of as they are? It takes practice not to.
