A crazy, chubby little fairy from Austria~
I remember being at school, it was early afternoon (Austria). I just had changed schools, everything was new and special and suddenly a friend said in a solemn tone "Hey, they say planes flew into the World Trade Center". It felt so surreal to see the videos in a loop on the news
#5 As a kid, I was a big fan of Tic Tac Toe (german more punky girl band from the 90s) and I was not allowed to listen to their song "Funky". As an adult listening to the song, I finally understood why..
No, just that they learn that people live below them and don't want to hear when your kids jump off the beds again. But maybe I'm just harsh, because I was slapped any time I made some form of noise as a kid
I think this is one of the movies I saw way too young. All I remember is the golden armor creeping me out

When the kid of our upstairs neighbour run around, I can feel the vibration in my ribcage when I'm lying on the sofa. It's an awful sensation, especially when you're trying to get some rest with migraines

I thought that it was for camouflage, so she wouldn't be easily recognized when she didn't want to. But the easy explanation seems to be it was easier to style while on tour ^^

I worked in tech support for some time and when I asked the caller to tell me what icons they saw in the taskbar, they asked "What's a taskbar". It was jarring
So many skipped desktop PCs and just had tablets and/or phones.

Old phone charger cables that either you don't have the phone for anymore (back when there wasn't a usb charger) or the phone is broken anyways

"Humanity's literary heritage is disappearing into private databases" is a horror story in itself. They can choose what to show to who pays for it. This is why keeping analogue media is so important: it cannot be changed so easily.

What might play into this was how autism was perceived. In media, it was mostly screaming children who bashed their heads against walls and were nonverbal. Others were just deemed "they are the way they are".
