There's a little bit of declination. Verbs conjugate too, just not in the same way (I run, you run, he runs). ESL is very difficult.

They just tell you where to place accent/stops in words. Easy to learn, difficult to master, haha
Those are easier because they're just accent stops, like in Spanish. They make spelling a bitch, though haha
I've been teaching myself through books/audio/and pen pals, haha. It's definitely difficult. I think the "ы" is the hardest to convey.
It's pronounced like the "z" in "azure."
