"Teacup" breeding is breeding runts to runts to get the smallest dog you can. It's ethically horrible & they often have BAD health issues.
Not cute, not funny. Badly trained dog. Won't be so hilarious when it does it to a toddlers face and the dog gets killed for it.
Lack of socialising and too frequent holding/carrying of dogs makes them aggressive. Treat them like dogs, but do give cuddles sometimes. :)
Plenty of working Terriers and Spaniels below that weight limit.

Yeah. Disclaimer, I don't mind buddycop movies at all, even tho they follow a formula. :) Like everything, they're enjoyable if done well!
Funny is a subjective thing, though. Not everyone has the same sense of humour.
Yeah, it was a very cut & dried cop movie. I liked the characters though, & it was interesting to see the cliches played by female cops. :)
