Ive painted actual rocks to look like other rocks for minis and terrain
its foam, a base coat and drybrush with cheap craft paint, and flock. Its awesome, but extremely easy to make. Not worth buying

Building terrain is incredibly cheap. Its all clever use of foam, craftsticks/wood, construction materials like plaster, and cheap paint
