There are women who make sure to always get up before their husbands to put on make up.

I have a feeling that all of these women are miserable, because they are treated like property. For some reason they believe it has to be like that. And they believe democrat women are even more miserable alone cat women because they don’t use all their energy to be pleasing to men.

Or parts of it is blurred in post processing. The blurring of her hair follows a vertical line, not the shape of her head. Or it’s AI slop.

Finland is quite empty.

To be honest, the joke became stale quite a while ago, and now we just want him to shut up.

Apparently she tried to act once, but the director did it made her ugly and it was more important to look good. I guess she stopped trying after that.

Nah, I actually prefer that they have long miserable lives in prisons. Death is too easy.

Most people who haven’t lived in a hole in the ground the last decade know what is referenced.

So you are paid to rent an apartment in Paris? Why didn't anyone tell me this before?

Not when your whole neighbourhood starts to float away.

I’m using my phone to remind me of things like that. ”Hey Siri! Remind me of the tea in 3 minutes and thirty seconds.”

With print on demand, they unfortunately don’t risk much.

Yes, somewhere else in this thread I tried to get someone to clarify what they mean when they say that something ”exists”. A lot hinges on that question. I’d say that a fact like 2 plus 2 is 4 is something that exists (independently of the physical world), and I’d argue it would be absurd to claim that it doesn’t exist. It’s an interesting discussion, but this isn’t the best forum for it.

Infinity is a thing that math describes that doesn’t exist in the physical world. Ergo, math does more than describe things in the physical world, which is what you claimed it couldn’t.

Infinities.

Describe things that doesn’t exist in the physical universe.

At least when I was a math student some thirty years ago, that seemed to be a minority position among the professors.

Math does so much more than describing things in the physical universe.

That is just a rephrasing. What does it mean that something is?

The number of possible arrangements of a deck of cards is 52! .

To answer that you first need to tell me what it means that something exists.

Don’t give them any excuses to play the antisemite-card.

No, the planet isn’t fine! At least not if you by ”the planet” mean anything else than the bare rock. Ecosystems and biodiversity are collapsing everywhere with frightening speeds. And yeah, some new ecosystems and biodiversity might emerge in only a few million years, but that is like saying that you are fine after the car crash because you’ll walk almost normally in only a few years.

In Stockholm the park next to the Russian embassy is nowadays named Free Ukrainians Place. There are plenty of similar examples in Europe.

And they already knew that they fucked up, so no point in rubbing that in.

While it might seem futile, I still do my best to reduce my carbon footprint. And I vote. I need to be able to see my kids in the eyes and say that I at least tried to not destroy their world. And if most people did the same, we wouldn’t be in this mess.

I had my gallbladder removed this spring. I went into ER because of severe stomach pain on a Monday afternoon. On Wednesday the same week the gallbladder was removed and I left the hospital a day later. I paid something like $50, mostly for using the hospital bed and eating the hospital food. This was in Sweden.

That’s his only hope not having to spend his remaining days in prison.

He probably could, but getting it from Epstein was probably the easiest and most discrete solution. I’m sure that Epstein had a full pharmacy for that kind of diseases.
