I'm 22 and I bought a run-down mobile home in a nice park for $20k, fixed it, and now it's at $45k which is for a future mortgage :)
My dad told me spiders liked to make homes in unmade beds to get me to make mine. I believe it until I was 18. My boyfriend peed laughing.

we used to do this all the time at my job. this one cracked-out lady would come in at 8:55 every wednesday with 100 returns. no receipts.
