It was 5 years ago and the cop got away with it.

What's funny is that the movie is actually a semi-satirized version of the book. The book was a lot more Nazi-ish.

So it appears from the photo that this is only a critics score and doesn't show how many reviews that number was based on at the time. Not saying is going to improve much or be liked by the audience, but it's another example of people thinking a quick snapshot of something means something definitely is true.

Yes... but boy am I going to go to my local German-American festival and try to go through every Dopplebock they have.

Can say the same about wind pushing a wheel around and the sun heating something up. We've just managed to collect it better.

"Endure him quietly".

Lol. There is a difference between 'enduring quietly' and 'not engaging in active warfare with one man'.

Lol. Love to see all of you who hate veterans on here telling you that something is false, then watch as you all flail not understanding the difference between rust and an overdue paint job,

And yet it isn't. Learn to understand the difference between degraded paint and rust. And clearly you've never served on a Carrier. I did two deployments on one and not once was the paint even this color. This is more likely because the ship hadn't been repainted for an extended period.

Because you can't understand the difference between degraded paint and 'rust', you should just shut up.

"Virtually for free" is wrong, but the rest of it is right.

4 days ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A) This clips showed no evidence of 'rust'.
B) I've done deployments to the Middle East.....there is zero chance it is 'covered in rust'.

That would depend on Georgia state law. And would also mean a determination of whether this would be immediate curtilage. But nothing about this screams that they had to immediately enter a fenced area without notifying the owner that they at least were making a search. I think you keep not getting to that point. The owner didn't even know they were on the property until they were being notified of the donkey's death. That's shitty police work.

I think you misunderstood me. I know exigent circumstances can trump that, but nothing in this report seemed to indicate that was the case. Just 'searching' by itself is not exigent. And no, even an alert from a tracking dog doesn't necessarily immediately make it exigent circumstances.

Idiots still forget that Islam acknowledges the existence and status of Jesus Christ. They just believe Muhammad was the next prophet after him.

A search for a missing child does not mean police can trespass on private property without getting consent from the owner.

Google is ignoring all feedback about them cockgobbling Trump and renaming things how he wants it.

What do you consider as 'spamming' political posts? Or are you just blocking all users who post one.

5 days ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

A) the tagging system has always been a pain
B) why should people have to go through more hoops just to appease you?
C) the plethora of political posts is more a sign of the state of the US and the world right now than anything about this site.

You do know the 'no selfie rule' isn't actually a 'rule', right?

5 days ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Doesn't have to be a declared war. Needs to be designated as a conflict in the law that states which conflicts qualify. This is mainly to prevent claims that honestly don't make sense. This list is used for many things outside the military (like Protected Veteran status for hiring). But it should be added. I just don't believe the idiots in charge want to do they can continue their 'no new wars' rhetoric.

You can replace 'Americans' with people of any nationality. Who are people kidding. The majority of humanity fits what is said in this. Part of it is willful ignorance. Part of it is ignorance at the end of a sword. Part of it is "I'm just trying to not die today". But none of it is DISTINCTLY American.

Man doesn't understand he'll actually be one of the first.

And I mean his own.

Have to disagree. Look at all the Latin American and African countries that simply 'replace' 'unfit' leaders. They are always plagued with devastation, famine, massacres, etc and the people lose out even worse. It's supposed to be the strength of America that we cannot simply just replace the person 'in charge' every time they do something we don't like. The real problem is a political party that refuses to stand up to him.

Oh most definitely.

You don't even need those mostly staged photos. I don't think anyone would believe A) that you are getting big burgers, steak, 4 slices of pie, a bunch of shrimp, etc, and B) that someone that old looking would actually be an enlisted member in that galley.

Things like this happen. My wife was put on a different drug for her migraines and her throat swelled up she could barely swallow. That's why doctors want to know if you have any changes when you start a new med.

It isn't as much that the things stop working, it is that the ability to fix most of those things has been effectively been taken from the average user. Instead, now it is $500 repairs from appliance repair shops for a simple fix.

The man cannot even maintain the bit. FDR and TR were notorious 'progressive communists' by today's MAGA standards.

I'm pretty certain I know what the MSC is considering I spent a decade in the ACTUAL NAVY. And no, she wasn't. The MSC is just overseen by the Navy, but they aren't military.
